The three stars is mainly for the workers who did a great job. if I could rate them seperately to the customer services, I would as I would certainly not give 3 stars to them. Ordered in July 2022, and finished end of Feb 2023. They kept saying the weather was the issue, but talking to the staff, who turned up on site, it is also clear that they have too many jobs and not enough staff (just look at the long, long list on their website!) They say weather is a problem, and yes I get that, but when you get told they cant lay the resin when its wet or cold, and then turn up when its drizzling and then pours down in 8oc temp, yet still lay it, I feel the truth isnt always forthcoming. But what really bugs me is that I waited 7 months to get the job done and literally within 14hrs I get a phone call asking for payment. Talk about jumping on you before you've even had atime to appreciate what has been done. Dont even give you 30days as per consumer rights.. Would I use again?? No. Would I recommend? if you are in no rush and dont mind waiting over 1/2 a year, then they do do a good job (or the workers do). The sales guy told us we would be contacted to make sure the resin we chose was still right. This never happened, and the guys laying the resin had to ask us what we have chosen, which i thought was strange. I dont think we got what we wanted as the sample we chose was black with white stone, what we have is white with black stone. Not complaining too much as it does look alright, but again, where was the customer service to ensure what we had chosen was still correct. Service: Driveway replacement

Just had our patio resined a large areait looks amazing so happy with it and cant wait for the summer. The guys that did it were very nice and friendly and when our stupid cat ran through it they had to go over it without complaintthe only criticism is that we booked it in July 22 and was told there was a 12 week wait but we waited about 30 weeks and it was only done then because we complained I have to say they it was worth the wait.
