Purchased the warrior 2 unisex boots, beautifully packaged with a little gift that after a difficult week put a smile on my face! Fit great but will require the usual 'wearing in' to soften them up, already looking at my next buy, thankyou ladies x

There's no phone number and every time I go it's closed weather it be during the week or on a Saturday. All the blinds are shut and the door is locked, I've tried multiple times to contact over the last couple months to no success which is really frustrating as also being female biker I'd really like to try on some clothing as it looks very nice and have a look around but I can't so I have to go to the other side of ipswich to Orwell's instead.!

I do not write very many reviews , however I felt the need to on this occasion as I feel a little angry to say the least. I shall await a reply as I certainly did not recover a reply to my emails I sent to them. I too like many of you ladies out there tried to find a site that catered just for us girls. I am new to the biker world so did some homework first and looked at other customers feedback and comments. I ordered a jacket trousers and gloves and based on feedback entered my sizes. The order went through and I had an email back asking what size I am normally in trousers a. I gave my sizes , and received a further e mail asking if, based on my reply they could change the sizes I had ordered on the website. I asked for them to call me to discuss (I know my own body and size and I had read other reviews that other customers had written on sizes) they did not call, so I sent another e mail asking if they would call me to discuss the sizes , so I could understand , again I had no reply. Then my order arrived, I was very excited as my husband and I were going out that weekend on his bike. I opened the box and the order form had all my sizes crossed out and larger sizes added. I tried the clothes on and both the jacket and the trousers were too big and not by a small amount. The only thing that fitted were the gloves that were in the size I ordered . I then had that awful and disappointing job of packing it all up and taking it to a drop off point to have it collected. The following day my husband and I drove to Norwich to ACE motorcycles and I was kitted out in an hour or so , great customer service , great clothes and great prices. Customer Service is all you have and all you need for a thriving business, Look after your customers ladies or lose them. Charlotte Bursnell

An excellent company with faultless customer service. Nothing is too much trouble, with no quibble refunds and exchanges. I wholeheartedly recommend LadyBiker and do not buy my gear anywhere else.
