I cannot speak highly enough of Finbra - my heating broke down between Christmas and New Year, and I was very cold. Unable to get my usual plumber, I phoned Finbra on my daughter's recommendation - I hadn't used them before. Jason came out that afternoon. He diagnosed the problem within 3 minutes (faulty valve in an upstairs cupboard), and ordered the part. The next working day Alex came and fitted the new valve and did a full, and very thorough service of the boiler. Both very nice and polite gentlemen. This company is the worse I have ever dealt with. Took out our boiler in July stating that they would start installation of the ground source heat pump in September. We were assured that it would be finished before Jason moved into his new home in October half term. Currently we still have no hot water or heating. It is freezing here. They have just left us without any heating whilst carrying on doing their normal servicing of boilers etc. The parts all turned up at our house on the 3rd October butJason was not here to sign for them. The guy waited 3 hours for Jason to arrive in the end he had to go taking the pump and pipework with him.He bought it back a week later but it just sat on our drive. There was no hurry on Jasons part to get it installed. The digger man and Zak a young boy has done most of the installation. Jason has dropped in occasionally but has never been here a full day! Jason is full of promises ....he has had over 50,000 from us to date and as already stated we are without heating and hot water.The weather forecast is now for artic winds with possible snow. They are not here again this morning Monday 5th December despite saying they would be. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Dr and Mrs Hellendoorn
