Premium Car Parks

This company have turned into money grabbers. They charge a minimum 3 days parking charge if you do not park in the car park that month and youre not even guaranteed a space when you do park. To add to it, they charge a 10 fee if your direct debit is cancelled and wont even notify you that this would happen if you cancel - they only urge you not to cancel without telling you the repercussions. Over all, the parking price changed from 4.90, to 6+ and to a further 9+ which is ludicrous as you may as well just pay the public fee. Over all, not impressed with the lack of communication, not being told about late fees and changes to contracts without customer acknowledgement. I would avoid using this service.

Have been using Premium Car Parks in their Brighton Site for over a year now. Works great and the customer service is excellent if there are any issues with my account and car being read.

What an amazing system. I rang yesterday lunch time and spoke to a lovely lady who I wish I got her name. She set it all up for me and I was able to use the parking in Reading today.. 5 stars to her as well.

Great customer service! Jacob was very helpful and responded to my emails right away and was very helpful! I will be back using the carp park in Buchanan galleries in the future!
