I have worked for Home Instead for 9 years now and I cannot praise them highly enough as a company. As a member of staff I always feel valued, looked after, supported and appreciated. The training that we recieve is of a very high standard and I feel as though it has allowed me to grow and improve my knowledge and confidence as a carer. We as carers are always carefully matched to clients and their needs, which helps grow a strong bond between us and the people we care for. As a carer I strive for excellence in the level of care that i provide for my clients and I feel that Home Intead facilitates that in every way possible.

Home Instead were incredibly helpful when we needed support looking after my mother-in-law. They guided us through assessing her needs and agreeing a care plan, which was reviewed and adjusted as necessary over time. We would have been lost without their professionalism and kindness. Melissa, Paul and team are utterly dedicated to offering the best service possible to support people to continue living in their own homes across this area of Berkshire/Oxfordshire.
