Hilltop Cattery

Basically ok and fine, although left a message on phone four days ago they have got back to me since, not sure if we were charged too much over 300 for 18 days so quite expensive. I think we were charged 14.00 per day plus vat which worked out 50.00, so I think it was right Would if liked more information of how our cat was in her stay, we also did not get our cats toys back. Other than that fine we have been going there for years.

Weve used Hilltop Cattery for over 10 years, between 2-4 times a year. It is a lovely cattery in a great location. Sue is always welcoming. Our previous cat had IBD and Sue took great care of her. Our two cats have stayed a few times now and they stay together in a larger pen. They are well cared for. I would highly recommend Hilltop.

I have used Hilltop Cattery for twenty one years. They are the only cattery I would entrust with my cat. Unhesitatingly recommended.

Have been leaving our cat in the trusted hands of this cattery several times in the past years and could not be happier. Our cat seems very comfortable there and gets the same attention as if he were at our house. The owner takes super good care of all cats entrusted to her. Each cat has a separate area that provides fresh air as well as shelter. Food is provided or can be brought in which will then be given according to the cats usual feeding plan. When messaging, the owner replies back within a reasonable time given that her main focus is on the cats she so lovingly cares for. She is always open for needs and requirements the cat might need and tries to accommodate around departure and arrival times of the owners for drop off and pick up. I honestly could not recommend this cattery more; you'll not be disappointed. I am very happy to have found it and will continue to leave my cat here. It's an all worry free experience
