Tadworth Minicabs Cars

These people took my up front payment to go and collect my wife and young son late in the evening, after 2 hours it was clear they were not going to come at all and left them stranded with nowhere to sleep. I had to wake my neighbours up to look after our baby at home while I went to pick up my wife and other son up at gone midnight. I was absolutely fuming, how can they do that to a lady and her young child? And now they won't even refund my money.

NEVER PRE-PAY. Firstly, they are not Tadworth based. Just some random call center. Their taxi never turns up. I would've got an Uber in 10mins, I ended up waiting for these guys to send their taxi for over 30mins, and missed my train. Finally caught an Uber. They quoted me 20, where Uber costed me just 6. Potential SCAMMERS!

Called for a taxi collection at a station. 10 minutes after they were due to collect they called and said no available cars and that it would be an hours wait!

Firstly the the despatcher seemed to be at a generic call centre not local, as he didn't know the names of local places and we had to give the postcode and road. Then, we ended up waiting over 40 minutes and when the driver finally arrived there was zero apology or explanation. The journey only takes 30 minutes on foot, if we hadn't had to prepay for the cab we would've just given up and walked!
