I used a taxi service (Ref 13073053) on the last 7th of November 2022 at 3 am. The taxi arrived on time at my hotel in Camden to take me to Blackfriars Station. On the way, I discovered my train was cancellated and I ask the driver to take me to Victoria Station to try to get another one to the airport. It was a very stressful situation since I was about to miss the next train combination to arrive at the airport. I paid twice for the Taxi service. Even the driver stopped at ATM for me to withdraw some cash and charged another 30 GBP from Blackfriars to Victoria Station and leave me on a street close to there. I was very unkind and even he was driving very, very slow all the moment. I will not recommend this service to anyone.

I have used this cab company before but when I tried to book a cab last week the phone kept ringing, no answer phone, and I was unable to get through

i was there on Tuesday 21 June 2022 at 10 oclock in the morning. The tube in london was closed that day and i ask to have a car at the desk inside. The man dont speak, and was very annoyed, bad ,angry more other words. Wasnt a car obviously, and then i ask again some info and he dont speak again,like he had a ghost in front. Very bad service, and for sure never there again.
