Came to puchase something before my train journey and although the product was very nice, I found the area where the sugars and stirrers are kept to be very dirty and messy. I also found the hot drink I had bought with my order was scalding hot to the point it was causing pain whilst I tried to hold it as it was burning my fingers. It would be a good idea to provide extra cardboard covers around the cups when serving hot drinks.
