        I rented a room a 34 Stretton Way from them, it was a box room in a house filled with mould and mess, there was no presence of a landlord at all. I tried to return the keys but they ghosted me and kept my 750 deposit

        If you see the good comments here don't believe them as it is tactical method of the agancy to blackmaile us to write good review otherwise it's all wrong. If you wanne have deal with this agency, think about over and and over, coz they would rob you off in daylight, their rooms are small and rents are high and their maintenance are the worst ever I've ever seen in my entire life. Just run away from them

        This is honestly the worst company I have ever used. Ignored my call on move in day, ignored me when complaining about blood stains on my mattress (that did get sorted within 2 days however), ignored messages on Arthur about issues within the house and even ignored me the day I tried to give the keys back. Their job is to do right by their tenants and by landlords yet seem to care very little. I will never be using them again.
