I was out with a child under my care and unfortunately fell ill. I saw the pharmacy was opposite and apparently had a doctor. Unfortunately, upon entry I had a major crisis and despite customers and staff watching me whilst I cried for help - not one staff member assisted. As a disabled and high risk individual I expected to be able to get help from a pharmacy because up til now I believed pharmacies were supposed to be the first stop before 111 or A&E I was in severe pain and trying to keep myself and the child I was in charge of safe. I needed help and the staff just watched me. I requested several times that I needed a doctor. I pleaded for help but eventually a customer came over asking me what I needed and got the staff to get me a chair. I finally had to video call the childs father and upon his arrival he found out that the pharmacy had not called an ambulance despite my requests. So he had to call them himself. This incidence doesnt fill me with confidence, Im just thankful that my boss was able to come. Wont be going there again and I advise anyone who is having a crisis not to go there.

helpful and respectful. The till clerks could be more supporttive and act like the pharmacist!
