Bought absolutely everything I needed for my puppy from food, bed, a nice matching collar & lead, treats and toys. Staff were really helpful in answering my 101 questions and offering the most suitable products as well as useful advice. Left really happy as they also threw in a few freebie items, including a very annoying squeaky toy. A great pet shop. Thank you

My self and my partner are new to the area,I took my dog Bruno for a haircut today super pleased! He came out smelling amazing and probably the best haircut he has had. He is very nervous and can be a little difficult sometimes so I feel super comfortable knowing he his in capable hands and will no doubt feel even more comfortable and relaxed on our return visits. Thankyou very much.

I have two British bulldogs who come out looking and smelling gorgeous! Staff are very friendly and helpful and always fit my dogs in at short notice if they can. Highly recommended, wouldnt take my boys anywhere else now. :) Best groomer around for miles :)

I have used their services regularly. They were always professional and friendly. However, my dog came back on this occasion from a grooming session with swollen red eyes and discharge. I'm not sure what they have used, but it's certainly not dog friendly, and they have carelessly used it around my dogs eyes. I'm very unhappy about this and haven't had any form of apologies or an explanation.
