        Poor communication, unprofessional and bad service. Booked (I repeat BOOKED!!) a threading appointment early one Sunday morning and when I arrived was told by a lady sitting at a table no one is available to take me, she barely looked up from what she was doing and didn't even offer an alternative time or apology. So mortified, humiliated and upset, I am never going back again. Service: Eyebrow threading
