I would like to share my situation to make sure no one will get through same. Unfortunately and without any reasons the agency cannot contact the landlord therefore Im still waiting for my deposit (it has been 3 months since I left the property) literally a nightmare. And also I just been told they are not able to do anything else but chase (so Im left in limbo). This is the worst situation ever. Lets see how it will end up. I will definitely never ever trust them again. They recommended to contact TDS in order to get my deposit. Now they said because I contacted TDS my deposit doesnt belong to then anymore!! A joke!! Complaints doesnt help anymore! Be careful!!

Be careful with this company. After I left the apartment they are keeping my deposit even after the Landlord agreed to payback full amount. They keep inventing excuses and lies and are not paying back my deposit. Stay away.
