I first started coming to I-Optix a few years ago after a bad experience with a national chain of opticians, and have been a loyal customer ever since. The service is fantastic, the advice is genuine and helpful, and I feel like I can really trust them to take care of me, rather than to just see me as a customer. A great local business that I recommend to lots of friends!

My last two sets of spectacles have been from I-optix primarily because they supply the Silhouette brand. Theyre the only place who supplies them that I found, that didnt have some complications, like only having half the range, or charging small fees to see certain frames. Oli is very friendly, it was a pleasure going there for my eye tests and try frames on, always friendly chat and news about the local area. Great service, quality products and personal, family business vibe. I literally travel across town to go there as its so much better than my local opticians.

Went there to for an eye test and to get new lenses fitted to my existing frames. They were helpful, friendly, and the new lenses were sorted out quickly.
