This is probably the only friendliest and most welcoming second-hand clothing shop that I've encountered in the whole of London. The staff who work here seem to know what they're talking about.

Update: Utter rubbish response from Shush London below. More than 15 hours after the cancellation they had not refunded. This could have been done the at the moment of cancellation. I also advised them in advance that if they did not refund voluntarily then Id be forced to file a dispute and any idiot knows that when a dispute is filed, you can log in at any point and issue a refund. These people just refuse. Therefore, thieves is the right word to use to describe them and having kept 180 of MY money, they suggest I shop with them again! Insane as well as thieves. They even acknowledge in their reply here that its basically tough and they will not refund voluntarily. Tells you all you need to know really. Buy from you again Shush London? Not with a gun to my head! Bought a bag from their eBay store. 4 days later they cancelled the transaction saying theyd already sold the bag elsewhere but did not refund me. Currently 180 out of pocket and they have absolutely no interest whatsoever. Dont touch them with a barge pole. I have to involve the police now as theyve stolen my money. Very patchy response to messages and zero customer service.
