Going downhill rapidly while putting prices up. Management more interested in increasing capacity than maintenance. Poor security with doors regularly broken.

I think some of these 5 star reviews are old from when it used to be run by A&A. I was storing at this location for over a year with A&A and was completely happy until Shurgard took them over. While most things remained the same, Shurgard increased the monthly fee I was paying by 50% with no increased value to me, and in fact they closed the office where there was previously always a member of staff during working hours - usually Darren who is really friendly and helpful. They also messed up my direct debit 3 times and kept repeatedly emailing and phoning me for no reason. Raising prices and cutting staff is a sure sign they're in it to squeeze as much money as possible at any cost. I've now left and store elsewhere in Camden at a much better price. This really is one of the most expensive storage places out there - shop around if you have the option!

Modern, clean, secure and most importantly automated booking and entry system. When I needed a last minute solution it was done in minutes. Reasonable pricing. Received follow up service call to check all was well.

Darren and Nico were amazing. They work in the 19 Greenwood location and not at this location but they remote manage this tactility. The actual facility is clean, convenient and has good opening hours. However, the whole remote management was a nightmare. I spoke to no less than 4 different people at the main call line and they all gave me misinformation one way or another. It was a big headache trying to get a proper the contract and figure out the right size storage.

Have been very happy using this storage company...its a good location and easy to access too. Darren the manager is not only lovely but also very efficient and dealing with him has been an absolute pleasure! Today I met his colleague Dan who also provided fantastic service when I needed to make some changes to my storage arrangement. They quickly got onto it and sorted everything out promptly. Great staff and great storage company so 5 out of 5 for me. Thanks guys!
