Im abit shocked and disappointed when setting up a zappi charger you have chosen to use the terms Master and Slaves during the setting up and pairing process. As a leading EV charge point supplier do you not believe its very insensitive? as many black people and families have ancestry links to brutal and horrendous abuses on human during the slave trade in the uk. The terms Master and Slaves terminology was first used in 1904. I find it very offensive that in 2022 your organisation has decided to use this term. Please can you respond to this query and I will be looking at other EV charge provider.
