        Rude staff both on check in and check out, seemed to disbelieve that I'd paid for my reservation despite me showing them the app, then refused to hand me my phone back.

        Terrible. Dont recommend. Girl just let my luggage fall off the conveyor belt and drop on the floor which had makeup inside. Then both workers proceeded to laugh and not apologise. Hoping my belongings arent destroyed as they cost a lot!!!

        It's a useful service though certainly not cheap but the longer you use it for cheaper it is overall. Staff mostly pretty friendly though not all of them - depends who you get.
