Attwells advised us on the purchase of our property and a declaration of trust. We faced difficulties with the seller and their solicitor during the sale process itself, which Rrjedha Dana, Lily Bartlett and Harpreet Kaila very helpfully assisted us with. We also encountered some post-completion issues, which Lily Bartlett and Saskia Ekberg-Gomez handled very well. We also spoke to Harpreet Kaila and Poonam Jaswal on the phone about the post-completion issues, and they were very helpful. Iona Chisholm and Laura Harrington-Rutterford were also very helpful in relation to the declaration of trust. All in all, a very positive experience using Attwells.

Harpreet at Attwells managed our recent house sale/purchase and was we would highly recommend her services. Through 5 buyers and 2 onward purchases finally resulting in a move 15 months down the line, Harpreet was amazing every step of the way. She was incredibly responsive to emails from us and the connecting solicitors, and was always available for phone calls to discuss the best way forward and to explain what was happening. This is the second transaction we have used Attwells for, and would absolutely go back again. Fantastic service and great team

Absolutely terrible I have to chase them more than 4 times to get an update on my case. No one ever responds unless one starts copying in random other people and marks the email as urgent This really isnt acceptable and i would not recommend them ever to anyone
