Terrible service!!! Second time I have stayed her (not by my choice) and this is worst than the last. I arrived in the morning and was told - without looking - that check in is at 3 pm . Then my male colleague walked in - they couldnt find his reservation because they had his first name and last name reversed! They fixed the error and gave him a room immediately!. They kept me waiting all day and did not even check if there was room!!! Room service is a joke - the app does not work - This is the second time out of 2 that it didnt work!!! Finally they sent someone to give me a menu - terrible selection!! I have stayed here only because the conference I attended uses the hotel for their guests - but it is NOT a 4-star hotel. Rooms: Tiny with cheap furniture, rooms are hot, very small bathroom - one toilet and tiny shower - like a college dorm...This is NOT a 4-star hotel!..

Llego al hotel y no encuentran mi reserva , te dicen que te sientes en un banco y que esperes , llame a la central de Melia y me confirman que todo est bien . Despus de 2h esperando y despus de haber tenido que llegar a un extremo innecesario me dan las llaves de la habitacin . Espero que lean esta resea en el momento que la publico y tengan la decencia de compensarme en algo , por que si no habrn perdido un cliente que se aloja a menudo en este hotel.
