We couldn't make it to the hotel due to being stranded in another country so we cancelled and contacted them for a refund. The refund was rejected even under circumstances that were out of our control. I also noticed we didn't receive instructions on what to do when I got there as all we were asked was when we would arrive. Didn't feel like it was handled correctly or showed any sympathy due to our situation.
