I love 5 guys but the managers from this store were awful.

First and last time in five guys. Underseasoned, dry, expensive burger. Disappointed. Hard to understand how this can become so big. Marketing wonder I guess.

Grilled cheeses seem to take infinitely longer than any other menu item at Five Guys, but this branch changed the game! I was pleasantly surprised by the speedy turnaround. The cost of living/energy crisis clearly means that a grilled cheese has gone from 3.75 to 4.95, so instead of getting two like I normally do, it was just the one on this visit (it is what it is but I'm quietly devastated that I can't slowly kill myself with high cholesterol.) Lovely staff and very clean. The downside is that it's in Baker St, so it's full of tourists who forget how to walk and operate like civilised humans!
