Prime Burger

Nice burgers ... BUT ... recently it seems to be closed more than it's open, even in the middle of the day

Look the staff was super kind but the first time I received my burger I realised they put precooked meat that was waiting on the side of the grill, and it was basically cold I dont know how long it waited there for. I asked them to change it which they did but still it wasnt a newly cooked meat. They didnt let the cheese melt on the beef, they just put it on top of it which tasted terrible. The buns were also pretty bad, the didnt put the effort to keep them on the grill for a bit to make them a little crispy. In the end I felt like I was eating a badly made, bad tasting beef sandwich, not a burger. Which also I have paid 16 for

Nice burgers for a central and busy train station. The staff and service were amazing. The lady even went outside of the store and searched for us, outside of their dining area because we forgot to wait for the bonus sauce. It was so nice of her!

Nice-ish burger but not the one I ordered. Ordered beef bacon and cheese burger. Got veg burger with what I think was vegan cheese, only discovered it once already on my train. As annoyed as I was I imagine the other person was more. Its a pretty fundamental thing and especially important when you have veggie orders open. The fries were quite dry.

Very average burger. Not very tasty and fell apart too much. Sauces rubbish.
