What a horrible horrible experience I went here last month and had a consultation with some guy who's quite big on instragram called Kamil before the consultation I sent him a pic of the ash balayage I wanted and he said he could do it I explained to him I didn't want a warm colour no orange or Red once my hair was lifted it went Orange nothing wS done about this then it turned into a golden blonde with patches of Orange so I obviously didn't like it he said I could come back and fix it when I came back he toned my hair dark I never asked for this I asked for ash once again not what I wanted then I had to have a bleach bath and I was told many times I don't have enough hair to achieve the results I've been to salons with even thinner hair and still got what I wanted my hair has different tones in it it looks bad dry no treatment no care just feel robbed, avoid this place not even a refund horrible experience will not be going back!!!

I dont usually give bad reviews, but I would like to warn other girls that the experience I had in here was AWFUL! I went in for balayage, and showed the stylist (Alex - who apparently is the owner of the salon) a few inspirations on Pinterest and he assured me that he would meet my expectations. He quoted me 300 for balayage and a Botox treatment for my hair since I used bleach which I reluctantly agreed to. After he finished bleaching, my hair was breaking and falling out in my hands and he dismissed it by saying it was normal after bleach. I have used bleach numerous times before and this has never happened. During the application, he had to consult his colleague Adam to check my base colour, which he got wrong several times so he kept on applying more colour! A couple of days later when I washed my hair, my hair was so dry!!!!!! And my natural curls have disappeared even though Adam assured me that the hair Botox treatment wouldnt have this effect on me. For someone who owns the salon, I am surprised at how little experience he had as he kept consulting his colleagues. I have since been in touch with Adam via instagram and he has not offered any viable resolution but instead blocked me!! I will be seeking legal advice. Service: Hair coloring

For 5 years, after my stylist of 8 years left the UK, I have searched for a salon to call home. I get my hair coloured every two weeks and blow dried every week and as an ex Hollywood stylist have been lucky enough to work with the very best so have extremely high standards. I am so grateful to have found Kamil who is an absolute genius and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Brilliant hairdresser. Thank you.
