Engine Room

Working out at Engine Room has been one of the best decisions I have made since moving to London. It is a beautifully designed and well-equipped space that is the home of a supportive and active health and wellness community, championed by personable and knowledgeable trainers. I look forward to each and every session, knowing that I am going to be pushed to my best!

Truly great gym and community environment. Cannot praise the trainers enough for their thoughtful approach and watchful coaching throughout all sessions. The atompshere is the opposite to most class dynamics elsewhere in London, smaller intimate workouts, no intimidation or sacrificing form to get the calorie burn. Highly recommend. Early morning and late PM classes for those with long working days is a plus too. As another reviewer mentioned, great facilities downstairs to shower, blow dry, GHDs etc!

Engine Room has the best workout ethos you will find. The best, friendliest trainers, great facilities and challenging programs to get you the results you want. I cannot rave enough about the team and how they have helped me achieve my goals. The small group classes have a great atmosphere and, although not 1-2-1 you really feel youre getting the same attention. Do yourself a favour and become a member and join a great community! Thanks team!
