Tom has truly changed my attitude towards working out and fitness. Since seeing Tom I have become more disciplined and now look forward to working out - even our 6am sessions! Hes enthusiastic and always takes you that extra 10% that you need to make perceivable gains. His knowledge in nutrition also makes him stand out. Basically, hes the man.

If you're looking for a PT in London, Tom is the BEST. I cannot recommend him enough. He knows exactly how to tailor your sessions to make sure you tone up in the areas your concerned about; on top of that, he'll give you detailed guidance on how to safely lose weight (if that's what you're trying to achieve!). He's also really outgoing so the sessions are fun go by quickly!

Extremely happy with Tom. I've been training with him for over 10 weeks now and I waited to write a review until I completed a block of 10 sessions with him. I have a slim build and find it hard to put on weight in the form of lean muscle. Tom created a system for me based on a quality diet, a very good system of lifting weights and HIIT sessions (that I can do at home). I'm going into 2019 with my physique looking the best it has since my mid 20's and I'm quite excited for the next block. More importantly I play football every week and the difference in fitness and power (compared to before Tom) is startling. Majid
