        Slow to reply emails, the staff for customer service are unprofessional

        Tfl have decided to do away with the phone and the only way to contact them is email them. The problem is that most of them I've communicated with about my PHV licence renewal haven't a clue what they're doing. This is happening more often now with most corporations because they want us to stop communicating with each other; you can't reason or argue with a machine. My licence expires tomorrow and I still haven't received the new one. I can't work without the licence. I will be taking legal action.
