    5 day delay in sending flowers to a bereaved friend- very disappointing and poor service. Despite my prompt timely replies to all your emails - they still failed to deliver. 2* only given for prompt refund!

    Delivered half dead flowers on Mothers Day, offered credit instead, I then ordered again using the credit and upgraded my bouquet for it to arrive late. Still waiting now!

    Appalling quality flowers and customer service. We ordered flowers for mother's day for my partners mother - the image on the website could not be further from what was delivered (see images - these were 60 flowers). The flowers were partially dead on arrival and lasted 2 days. I complained, they offered to send another bunch out - kind of them but it turned out these weren't like for like and were much smaller than the last and arrived basically dead again. They were a gift for my partner's mother so she was of course embarrassed to tell me but told her son a couple of days later as we had clearly wasted our money. I got in touch again with Flower Station who said that because I contacted them 4 days after delivery (technically 3.5 as they were delivered in the afternoon) they wouldn't refund me but would offer me a 5 credit - as if I would ever purchase from them again?!! I said thanks but no thanks. To make things worse, they then decided to add me to their marketing texts so I get bothered every few days with the deals - the texts also don't have an opt out which isn't exactly GDPR friendly I don't recommend.
