Confident Smile Dental Practice

I had a really frustrating experience at my previous dental appointment. Despite having a confirmed appointment, I was kept waiting for 45 minutes. I found it audacious since the earache or evils that wouldve been received for cancellations or lateness on my end. Additionally, the receptionist had quoted me NHS prices over the phone, but when I arrived, I was charged full price. The actual cleaning was rushed and I felt like there was no care taken at all. Thankfully, my experience was completely different when I visited Dental Smiles on Charlton Street. From the receptionist to the dentist, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a much more positive experience and I would definitely recommend this practice as an alternative.

Just been in to see dr Nida (sorry if I have the wrong spelling!). I hate going to the dentist & had left it far too long as a result. Im so glad I found these guys - I feel quite lucky to be honest. Staff are great & Dr Nida is brill. Nice premises & well kept. Its a bit like a tardis - it looks far nicer on the inside than youd expect.

I have been a patient for several years and the dentists have been excellent. Unfortunately the receptionist team are difficult to deal with. They reciently removed me from their list because I was too unwell to attend an appointment despite being in the middle of treatment. I now have no dentist. This is unethical.

I am usually so nervous at the dentist but they made me feel so relaxed and welcome. Farinaz has a lovely manner and Dr Ehsan is gentle and friendly!
