My overall experience was ok going here, but the interaction or should I say lack of interaction I had with the business prior to attending my reservation wasnt great. I was running late to my reservation and called the WhatsApp number provided on their website multiple times. All my calls were ignored, I then sent numerous messages and those were ignored too. When I got to the place and told the guy that I had been trying to get through to them to push my booking back slightly he just said that you cannot modify your reservation so close to the booking time and that it has to be done within 24hr. For me I take that as we ignored you because we couldnt be bothered to tell you that. Lastly, the place looks abit cheap and considering you spend 35 just to sit there and be made drinks, they should at least provide bottled water rather than tap! Also our bar men was lovely but they should get ones that interact more and maybe do some tricks!

Cool place to go visit with a group of friend but I feel like 5 cocktails on two hours it's wait too many, at least way too many if you're 30+. Also the staff is not super nice but it's London so pretty normal around this area.

Enjoyed my first two visits, but was rushed to leave by the bar staff on my most recent trip - despite having just being served a new cocktail. We were left disappointed with the rude demena of the barman, who shouldn't have offered another cocktail if we were not going to have time to drink it. The atmosphere was great the first two times we went, but lacking on the most recent visit.
