Very helpful and considerate staff. Went there for assistance in completing a PIP application for my mum. Very friendly and providing a great service. Thank you for accommodating my mum.

They have been good in the past ...now not even answering the phone..I hold the line for more then 1hours and none pick the phone

The Tottenham Citizen Advice Bureau members of the team are hard working honest and helpful people. Thanks to the team. However, the biggest concern is the telephone calls. I contacted with CAB main swivh board FOUR times so far in a week and each time I waited between 45 to 49 minutes on the phone. There must be a reason for that LONG waiting time such as reducing the number of people receiving support from CAB.
