I don't know if this is normal in the UK but there were some incredible discounts. I bought a tube of toothpaste, a toothbrush (on sale, 1 pound each), shampoo and facial moisturizer for less than 10 pounds in total. There's also a great variety of items.

Dear Boots, if I could give -5 as your rating, I would. Sadly, I cant. My family member experienced an interesting nothing to do with us this morning regards their appointment for pneumonia jab. It is astonishing how unknowable, unprofessional and dismissive your staff are. They were sent to numerous locations and each time they were told - not here, even though the appointment was at your location. In addition, you charged them a full 70.00 without any remorse, or desire for apology. But, this is not the first time you failed your customers. The same person attended few weeks ago to seek advice regarding a severe hand cut and bleed that wouldnt stop. You were told that the person was on a blood thinners and it was Saturday evening. You said that it would eventually stop. For a pharmacist to say that was absolutely shocking since we discovered later, that the NHS guidelines are to attend an A & E regardless of the size of the cut. PS - my cut bled for 12 hours! So, not only your rude, ignorant, uninformed, youre positively dangerous to our health. Feel free to contact me, should you need more information. A full refund of the vaccine, would be the minimum you could do, if you had any sense of right and wrong!!!!!
