I have had my hair cut twice at this hairdressers, each time by a different hairdresser. The second time I dared to go quite short. Both hairdressers were excellent, professional, experienced and very friendly. Both the cuts were great and I was so pleased with the results. Don't be put off by the scaffolding outside: the interior is relaxed, beautiful and such a welcoming atmosphere. If I wasn't moving away from London, this would be my only hairdressing spot!! Very friendly staff, welcoming. My daughter had hair cut for 40 didnt even have hair wash. I would advice you to check the price before you have hair cut.

The facial I had in a kind of tomb was claustrophobic, the staff talking amongst themselves in a different language were rude and obnoxious. The manager (also the owner) and another tiny man there at the reception are pushy and just want you to use any service they have under the sun. The problem is they have no price list, so at the end they talk amongst themselves then decide to give you an out of thin air price :) mine was 180 for simple all over hair colour claiming theyve used too much dye. It didnt even come out brown it was orangey.. the owner said its the second time you came, so if you didnt like it that much you wouldnt be here again. The first time I had facial and nails so its not like I knew what a disaster I would end up with when I decided to have a hair colour. Positive comments below Im sure are coming from friends! Highly unprofessional and rude and it feels like youve been mugged! Ask ask ask about the price and the service before you sit down if you ever are unfortunate enough to come here!
