Went there today to get my hair trimmed and I really loved it. Hayat did everything very carefully, but it didnt take much time, and she was very nice and friendly. Highly recommended! Ill definitely come back.

Went there for a shampoo but they didn't have any hot water. The lady with no explanation started to give me a cold shampoo, I had to ask three times till the point this lady got upset.The environment became so uneasy that I had to leave with my hair wet and she refused to give a refund. The place is unsafe I had a plug attached to my chair while I had my hair wet. I felt like I was in a horror movie. She couldn't comb my hair (I have straight hair) because she probably didn't wash the conditioner and she started to rip off my hair with a brush. I had to go to a nice salon round the corner where the hair stylist was in shock when he saw my hair completely knotted. I feel glad I left because it could've been gone way worse if I stayed. I very much doubt this lady has a qualification to do this job. She is also completely unaware of what customer service and satisfaction is.
