Nice place to eat, need little bit more decoration to make it feel more comfortable the rest was good, the server was amazing

I booked this restaurant, got email order confirmation, but arrived to find it not open. I showed the receptionist the order confirmation but he was unable to help. One of the members of my group felt unwell as she must eat a regular intervals in line with a medical condition, by the time we found an alternative, in central London, on a Saturday evening. Really disappointed they are taking bookings when restaurant is not open.

Truly can't believe that this place has anything but 1* reviews. We waited 50 minutes for lukewarm, average food... with no apology. To top it all off, I asked to remove chips from the bill (that I'd not ordered, they were sent to the table by mistake), and was spoken to incredibly rudely by a member of staff. The situation/service was already bad and they chose to exasperate that. Will not be returning. What a waste of time and money.
