The audiologist Andrea Jackson cleaned my ears, she is very friendly, very competent, helpful, patient and just overall great. Definately didn't give up on clearing everything thoroughly. Would recommend her 100%

I went for microsuction and a day later, I suddenly experienced waves of dizziness and nausea. I went back for a follow up appointment where the clinician examined the affected ear and told me I had a perforated eardrum which I of course found deeply worrying. However, upon subsequent appointments with other doctors, they said there was no hole in my eardrum and it was in fact very healthy. They had no idea why this expert would tell me I had a hole and scarring in a perfectly healthy eardrum. I used to attend this clinic regularly as I had faith in them but this last experience was terrible to say the least.

Michael was brilliant. I had some hard wax, they gave me oil and did a follow up too, to ensure all was good. Stephen was awesome too and made my comfortable. Thank you very much. I can hear again

Absolutely Amazing! Steven and Michael were fantastic. I can hear after days of thinking I was going deaf! Just a build up of ear wax so Thankyou havent heard this well in years!
