I wanted to bank some money but had part bags of coinage. When I called to check this was ok, the person on the phone could not have been more helpful. Excellent service. Well done.

I have recently used Reepham Post office to return goods value 160. Unfortunately I forgot to place the returns label inside the parcel. I quickly returned (less than 15 mins later) to the PO to retrieve the parcel and insert the label. However the counter staff had bagged the parcel and were unwilling to open a bag or two to find my parcel. This I found unbelievable, its was 5 mins extra work for them. What a world we live in.
