Avoid - Ordered two tests, didn't arrive within the 48 hour delivery (still waiting a week later). Emails unanswered, all phone numbers relating to this company and associated companies are out of service.

Ive used this company MANY times and have found them VERY informative and reliable. Dont think its fair if people that dont take time to read the WHOLE form before throwing tantrums. (Ie locator no)

Not reliable at all! I wasted 100 dollars ordering covid tests but never received the reference number that UK passenger locator form needed. The telephone number on the website just led to voicemail that unsurprisingly no one even answered. I had to scramble to find another test provider in UK on the day before my trip and I am glad I was able to find a reliable provider that actually answers phone calls!! Since I had no way of canceling these tests or even getting my refund, I ended up carrying these at home tests sent by Proviris back home from UK. The icing on the cake was receiving a reference number via email after I got back home from my UK trip.

Was due to travel on a cruise,and had to fill in forms with a travel locator reference before I could complete the forms,I was told I would receive it by email once the payment went through, They took my money but never received a travel locator reference though,had to pay another company and received travel locater number within the hour I would seriously sugest you do not use this company
