A couple of times I have called for an appointment and been told a GP will call me, but they never have. I also had a 111 urgent referral for a GP appointment for my young child...the receptionist said she would get a GP to call back that day but they again never called! The system they have here is awful!

Without doubt the worst surgery Ive ever had to endure. They seem to get worse as well. Never call you back even when they say they will. Shameful service and cant wait to change practice

Time to say goodbye to Reepham surgery! What a shame, I have used this surgery for the family for the past 32 yrs and the last few years the service has deteriorated drastically. Its impossible to speak to reception when making an appointment unless they call you, If you then try going into the surgery to try to speak to the reception they dont even wish to acknowledge you are standing there until quite a few minutes have passed and then seems like too much trouble or they advise you to go make an appointment through the app or automated call system! Waiting outside in the freezing cold for your prescription is appalling! I am currently recovering from becoming pretty unwell through the lack of cooperation this practise has! When I realised I needed to speak with a Dr I contacted the surgery via the nhs messaging app at which I was requested a test, it was 3 days before I then was able to be provided with antibiotics. (Unlike the 1.5hrs of another practise Id been advised) I had no appointment given, spoke to no Dr I finally found my results on the app! shortly after discovering it the surgery did call to advise medication was ready for collection. The 3 days it took to receive antibiotics is unbelievable. Then today at 8am I telephoned the surgery, with the automated service I left a message to be called back on triage and as yet (now 9pm) I still have not been called back. I eventually discovered the triage voice message was never received l! as was another clients! no recollection of message received, I was advised. When you do get an appointment to see a nurse I would say the nurses are good, they have been very kind and caring. Anyway, today I have collected registration forms to change my surgery! I have one appointment to attend which was delayed from January by them and at which I shall voice my opinion! Hopefully, I will soon be attending a practise when required where they have a better service, care and make you feel valued!
