I was travelling from Kent to see the car, and John was so nice to pick me up from the train station. Even that I didnt buy the car and he had to take me back to the station, he was very polite and professional. Definitely the place where you want to buy car from.

We recently visited this place and agreed to take a car. I have asked the vendor if there are issues with the car - and said all working fine. We have agreed that I will hire a third-party mechanic and will amend changes in the car before we buy it (made the deposit straightaway). He is happy with this. The mechanic found out that the air-conditioning is not working as well as the remote keys. But a day later, he told me he won't fix it. Not happy with this. This is our first family car, so I have to make sure that I am not buying junk and do the repairs later. A man without his word.

My daughter in law purchased a vehicle from this garage around the beginning of November.There was a problem with one of the electric windows so I put it into a local garage to get it checked before they looked at the window.Are we glad we did it came back with a list of ten faults and three diagnostic codes.Faults not all of them include head gasket leaking,misfire engine hunting,battery leaking acid,rear coil springs corroded,oil mist rear shocks,front brakes fluctuating and also failed the emissions test.The vehicle had done 1000 miles since its last MOT and the garage who checked it over said no way would this vehicle have passed the MOT and developed those faults in 1000 miles and advised her not to drive it as was unsafe.. Contacted him to get a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as was within 30 days from the purchase.To give him his due the monies were refunded and car collected,but had no choice really as the law was on our side.The fact that he could sell a car in that condition and watch a young family drive away including my grandson in an unsafe car is beyond belief.Then in a few days time the vehicle is back on his website/autotrader Ford Focus Reg No MJ 62 UEE seriously doubt whether the faults have been rectified.If you dare to buy a vehicle from here ensure its fully checked over by an independent garage within 30 days alternately go somewhere else who actually care about their customers.
