Diabolical care home wouldn't trust them to look after a goldfish let alone an elderly person, don't get me wrong MOST of the staff are great there policies are rubbish and out for themselves, during lock down and covid they have been the most usless home and zero contact couldn't even be bothered to do face time or WhatsApp calls, I have another relative in a care home and they are the most helpful staff going, constantly updating face book with pictures and sending messages to us also video calls when ever we call. Avoid this place should be closed down

Excellent care to my mother in her final days, I will always remember Alex, her deputy Maria and her colleagues as expressing great care and attention to her, making a very difficult time easier, thank you so much
