It took me a while to find a yoga class and teacher that worked for me and I can honestly say that since finding NCyoga I have not looked back! Nancy balances just the right amount of Yoga and Spirituality into a class and you are always left wanting more but also feeling fulfilled . Nancy is an amazing yoga teacher and is so knowledgable in all aspects of yoga try one of her Yin Workshops and her voice will guide you into tranquility I always have the best nights sleep after this workshop along with her sound bath. I feel very grateful to have found NCyoga you should try it :-)

Yoga that is caring and personal. There may be others around you but Nancy makes you feel seen. She explains each position really clearly so that even beginners feel successful. Yoga thats great for both the body and soul. I love Nancys classes.

I've attended Nancy's classes for the last 6 years and have loved every one. She is a brilliant teacher, her instructions are always clear and she manages to challenge us while ensuring we are working within any personal limitations/injuries. She knows all her students by name and looks out for us all in class, giving individual prompts if needed, even in her zoom classes! Every class is different but I always leave feeling fantastic. Fantastic yoga teacher. I absolutely love my Tuesday mornings with Nancy at her lakeside yoga class (inside if the weather is bad). Great instruction with lots of variety each week.
