        Ordered on 30 September, confirmed on the phone items were in stock. Forward to 4 November get a call to tell me they are now ready to process order with most things now out of stock. Not the first time this happened. I have been ordering for a while and every time it takes weeks and feels like they are doing me favour. Too many customers? Nice problem to have! Sounds rather surreal this day and age that a business is happy losing customers just like that - and because they have too many orders!

        Always get great service at Craftstone Europe. The staff are REALLY knowledgeable and very helpful. Exceptional quality beads and in a massive choice. Also a massive choice of gemstone carvings, tumblestones and specimens. Most highly recommended.
