Poor service. The coach was due to arrive at 10:15am but did not arrive until 11am. The driver said that he had Got lost! I tried to call the office several times but there was no reply and no alternative contact number. The driver then informed us that he would need to take a 45 minute rest stop this was not planned for and delayed our journey. The driver was following a very old Sat Nav system which took him a very long route the journey that should have been 2 hrs 20 mins start to end, ended up almost 4 hours. To add to this the driver needed directing to the end point and at one point took a wrong turn. When reported to the company I was told that the driver had never had any complaints before!
