As I came to do the course I was very nervous but had my mind put at rest by the Tutor, what really got me to understand what I had been taught was the assignments it even gave me an understanding of myself and my learning needs so thank you Del and Train Aid for a great course.

I recently completed a AET L3 Online course with Train Aid, it is without a doubt the best learning platform I have done. The course is informative, broken into easy achievable units and finalised with a Micro-teach which I attended at Redhill. The Assessment was well run the assessor (Del), is hands-on, inspiring, informative, his entire approach allows you to absorb and enjoy while learning.....A BIG APPRECIATIVE THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF..!!! They all go that extra mile to help you through ..!!

really enjoyed my course which was quite hectic due to my work rate goals. no problems signing up for course after speaking to tom casserley the education and training manager beforehand on telephone to assess my needs and suitability for course. signing up docs and course templates were sent via email enabling me to start as soon as I liked. I travelled to the london islington training centre to complete my unit one, understanding assessing in the workplace, where I was taken through the unit over two days. the course unit was delivered by Martyn Smith from train-aid who by his friendly and humorous personality made you feel settled straight away and delivered the course in a timely and easily understood manner. unit two assessing in the workplace was undertaken at my pace which once again was to my own tight schedule and the quick feedback enabled me to continue towards my goal knowing I was carrying out my assessments to the awarding body's standard. a big thanks to tom at train-aid for taking me on as a sole learner as I was funding the course myself and was the only learner. would highly recommend train-aid for their courses and delivery and won't hesitate to use them again should I decide to extend my assessing roles.
