Still closed- don't waste your time

A group of 9 went to play here. We booked in advance to make sure we would be able to all play. When we arrived they were closed. None of us got any warning, there was no sign or explanation. Nothing to say when theyd be open again. They could have called or text or at least put something on their Facebook page to let us know. We traveled from surrounding areas, one of us came from an hour away to play with us. Absolutely awful behaviour!!

Booked four pool tables and arranged a pool tournament for 26/04/23. On the day we turned up there was 9 of us, waiting outside like idiots for an hour and they did not open. No notice on the door, nothing on their Facebook, no call to say sorry we cant open today even though they have all my details and booking information. Its unbelievable how a company can be run like this, no consideration whatsoever. I waisted everyones time who had travelled from various places to get thereour evening was ruined. I dont care whether its a family emergency or whatever? It doesnt take long to make a quick call or to write a message on social media, or to assign this task to another colleague. Very disappointed and shocked at what happened. They are fortunate there are not many other pool places around, perhaps this is what they think they can get away with this? I will go to Brighton next time.

Paid 20 for a cab here on a Friday night to find it closed. Open according to google and nothing about being closed on Facebook. Useless
