Very disappointed. Subscribed for some time, then had several monthly payments taken in quick succession. Resolved that, only to find that my account had been cleared of all uploaded music and was appearing as a 'free' account despite the monthly payments. Have sent numerous emails to support, all of which have been ignored. I am cancelling the monthly payment and would advise others to steer clear. With respect to the response from Music Gateway, I have emailed support several times recently and I have yet to receive a response. Given that these emails are all waiting for a response, I am not minded to send another one!

SCAMMERS! Fraudulent GDPR and law breaking establishment who pretend they care about artists well-being when all they care about is money. They sign you up to their cheapest plan (10 per year) and then use your bank and personal details they have on file to up the plan to 150 with 0 consent or communication. DO NOT USE THEM - they will not refund you and their phone lines are all out of use! Companies like this are an embarrassment to the music industry, scum of the earth!

STEER CLEAR!! Do not use this company. I spent (literally) days uploading all the components and versions of tracks which they implied would be kept on my profile for sync opportunities, then changed the plan from 5 to 15 month, then deleted EVERYTHING without telling me (and it is unrecoverable) and then, to cap it off, DOUBLE CHARGED me for consecutive months. They have now refunded three payments which shouldn't have gone out after I queried it. The message I got when 'downgrading' my plan ahead of getting rid of it altogether said I could change it until 1st January 1970. I don't think they know what they're doing. I all looks very pretty on the website but it's style over substance. Bottom line, if you like giving your money to strangers and receiving nothing in return, this is the one for you.

Music Gateway- This guys are corporate RIP OFFS! They took 150 out of my card! without my consent, When I clearly chose the free plan. Warning to prospective clients- be weary of adding your bank card, you can't delete it afterwards and then, your money gets withdrawn without your consent, and you loose control. To make matters worse their customer service is very poor. I completed a refund claim form close to 2 weeks ago and still no response till date. despite chasing. No star
