They never answer emails, have had a damaged ceiling for weeks now and just radio silence. Particularly Rob Marsh who is supposed to be head of their department, and should really lead by example. Infuriates me they take 2k from us each yearfor what? CANT WAIT TO BE DONE WITH THEM

Did not help with the problem with the leak quick enough, i would avoid this company, if i could i would vote them out to manage our block AVOID AVOID AVOID

Where I live problems arise due to other citizens outside with rubbish and flytipping or breaking fences or gates or even residences breaking the main door, but recently during the lockdown when these problems came up and were reported to my managing agent Rebecca, within a day or over the weekend whilst she was working from home all got sorted from the door fixed to the flytipping person getting his own stuff out from the rubbish bins And the bin areas COMPLETELY cleared up, fences repaired gate repaired everything sorted, and Ive never experienced this with any other agent before. She has been amazing and I just have to say truly Thankyou, because feeling safer whilst pregnant in lockdown is a blessing and being able to go with an issue knowing itll get looked into with the best care is an amazing feeling so Thankyou Rebecca :)

I tried calling my letting agents to get the issue resolved and was constantly sent round the houses with no success and terrible customer service. I soon realised HML might be able to help. Within the hour of me sending my original email they had responded with a resolution and asked I allowed you 2 weeks to arrange, to then get another email later that afternoon saying it would be resolved within the week was way above my expectations and the Customer service outstanding.
