The School House Clinic Sports Massage

following a life of playing rugby with people much larger than me and, more recently, wrestling (my) kids, I am often in need of dealing with long term aches and pains and dealing with any flare ups. Sherneen was (is) great. She obviously knows her stuff, asked all the right questions to assess where I would need most attention. My first session was the optimal combination of pain and relaxation with Sherneen honing in on all the right spots. WIll definitely go again and certainly recommend anyone else with chronic, acute or a combination of all of the above, to pay Sherneen an overdue visit!

Due to the nature of my job; I have suffered for years with neck/shoulder pain and niggles which often lead to frequent headaches. After a thorough consultation I started having weekly treatments with Grant. In just 5 weeks Im no longer in neck or shoulder pain and I havent had a headache for over a month, which in its self is absolutely life changing! I was previously having treatments at another clinic, when I was recommended The school house clinic. Im so grateful to that recommendation as the treatment here has been undoubtedly so successful! Grant makes you feel at ease and is super knowledgeable! My only regret is not finding this clinic sooner-absolutely life changing!

I wish I'd booked in with Sam (Physio) earlier! I was a little anxious about the session but he immediately put me at ease. I couldn't believe how much we covered in one appointment, and I've come away with a personally tailored plan that will not only help with my specific needs to keep me injury free, but actually feels achievable. Would recommend to anyone who is active, whether you have an injury or not. Invaluable!

I would 100% recommend Grant, he is very friendly and welcoming and takes the time to listen and figure out the best course of action. After working in care for 3 years my back was causing a lot of pain but is now getting better thanks to Grant!

Amandas massages are brilliant. They are relaxing whilst also feeling that shes getting to the source of any niggles. Her reflexology is also amazing. Probably my favourite of the two and she was spot on with her feedback and treatment. Would definitely recommended. Jo
